Raj Exports is a Compliance unit we have no child labor, we have skilled labors, Our machines are well maintained and checked on 6 monthly basis and our factory is fully covered with Safety and Fire Equipment’s and also under CCTV monitoring area.

Our Factory

• We have separate Rest Rooms (Toilets) for Men and Women
• We have two gates one is Entry and other is Emergency Exit as well
• We have well marked floors as well
• We work from Monday to Saturday - 48 hours official working hours and closed on Sundays, Government holidays, and Festival dates
• We cover our workers under ESI (Employee State Insurance) and PF (Provident Fund)
• We give our Employees tea break as well and we have Water Drinking facility purified with RO available Cold and Hot water for drinking
• Our workers for their health safety use Water Organic chemicals and wear Masks and gloves at respective areas
• We also do on 6 month terms Medical fitness examination of our workers so our workers health is maintained

Our Work Timetable is as follows :

• Monday to Saturday | Time - 09:30am to 06:30pm
• Lunch Time 01:30 Noon to 02:00 Noon
• Tea Break Time 04:15 pm
• Sunday Holiday / Government Holidays and Festival Holidays are Given

Goods & Machines We Use :

• Leather we use is Vegetable tanning and various leathers as well we specialize ion Buff leather and Cow leathers, Sheep and Goat are also used
• We use only water base adhesives, colors, and paints, which are imported direct from France and Italy, which are manufactured by leading Manufacturers
• Our Hardware is of top quality and Nickle free
• Our Quality Control department is well skilled and checks individual product and pack and dispatch with nice packaging materials
